Beach Villa: 60 Square meters. Living and room and bed room consist an area of 48 square meters and open bath-room water fall shower and Jacuzzi. Each villa has beautiful garden and sea views, Terrace has 40 square meters of area.

Duplex Units: Living room at the ground floor with an open terrace and bed room on the upper floor with a large sea view terrace. Each Duplex unit has an area of 135 square meters.
